The room was spacious with high quality fixtures. I found the bathroom dreamy, it included lots of space and excellent lighting. The bed was so comfortable, i slept VERY well. Complimentary items included a mini bar, coffee, and water.

A ceiling led lamp turned on around 3am. I could not turn it off.

The location offers excellent convenience. Wien hauptbahnhof station is next to the hotel. Access to public transport is very easy from this location, because it helps minimize travel time significantly.

The hotel staff were very good too. I easily obtained a late checkout, allowing me to further enjoy the room amenities. My special requests were promptly honored, and the room was prepared accordingly upon my arrival. I had to arrive early and was able to enjoy the lobby and even get some work done.

I encountered a slight delay during check-in. The process took longer than expected. I was quite tired and it was not that busy.

The hotel has a great location only minutes from the main railway station. Its proximity to the main train station and car rental pickup made airport transfers easy. This hotel is very close to light rail.
